Data controller: ỌYA ÉNERGIES. We collect the data you enter in our forms (contact, project, investor, talent pool, offer, Summit registration, newsletter): identity, contact details, organisation and the content of your request.
Purposes: replying to your requests, managing registrations and ticketing, connecting project developers, financiers and talent, and sending the newsletter where you have consented. Legal basis: your consent, the performance of a contract or our legitimate interest in running the platform.
Retention: for as long as the purpose requires, followed by limited archiving. You can request access, rectification, erasure or objection by writing to info@oya.africa. Data is never sold.
