What happened in Conakry

The 2023 ỌYA ÉNERGIES Summit was held in Conakry on 21–22 June. For its first edition, ỌYA ÉNERGIES brought together in Conakry the players of a country rich in water and sunshine, but where access to electricity remains uneven. Discussions focused on harnessing hydropower potential, opening up to independent power production and financing transmission lines.
