The Benin 2027 Summit is opening its call to institutions, companies, financiers and media. Here are the packages, the timeline and how to apply.
The ỌYA ÉNERGIES Benin 2027 Summit will take place in Cotonou on 28 and 29 April 2027. For this third edition, we are opening the call to institutions, companies, financiers and media who want to support the platform and make themselves known to power sector decision-makers in West Africa.
Why become a partner
The Summit is not just another trade show. It is a place where decisions are made, where regulators, banks, operators and project developers meet for two days, with a programme designed to lead to practical meetings and files.
- Direct access to more than 500 expected participants from around twenty countries
- Targeted B2B meetings, organised in advance with the ỌYA Invest team
- Visibility with the ỌYA community all year round, not only during the event
- A role in the content: sessions, masterclasses, ỌYA Intelligence publications
Partnership packages
Three levels are offered, with benefits tailored to each organisation.
- Institutional: for authorities and public organisations, with a dedicated session and a seat on the steering committee
- Official: for companies and financiers, with an exhibition space, B2B meetings and a speaking slot
- Supporter: for organisations that wish to support the event, with visibility on materials and on the website
A partnership with ỌYA means being present where projects are built and financed.
Timeline
Partnership applications are accepted until 31 December 2026. Packages are allocated in the order confirmed requests are received, and the benefits are formalised in an agreement signed with each partner.
How to apply
Write to us using the dedicated form, choosing the “Partnership” reason. We will send you the full brochure and offer a presentation meeting within five working days. Media and civil society organisations can also request press accreditation or an on-site presence.
